Artist Eligibility
• Open to all LPAPA members

Distinguished Guest Jurors 
Gil Dellinger, Artist
Jean Stern, Director of The Irvine Museum
Gil Dellinger will judge the initial show, Jean Stern will judge awards.

Art Entry Eligibility
• Landscapes and cityscapes started in plein air and not conceptualized in the studio.
• Entries must not violate copyright laws.
• Entries must be original and executed within the last 2 years w/o instructor supervision.
• Maximum unframed size 16” x 20”
• Minimum unframed size, 8” x 10”
• All work must be ready to exhibit

Nature of entries
• Digital images burned on a CD
• Submit 3 images of professional quality (at least 1500 pixel on wider side)
• Identify each image with a title
 
Include the following in your envelope:
• CD with three (3) images with titles
• Entry fee check for $45.00
• Completed entry form
• One self-addressed, stamped, business-size envelope (#10) US Postage only
(LPAPA will not return the CDs)

Sales
• Work must be FOR SALE and priced with intent to sell.
• 50% to the artist.
• 50% commission going to LPAPA
• Artist will pay their 50% of credit card charges.  LPAPA will pay 50% of their charges. 
 
Fees for Shipped Work
• $20 handling fee is charged by the agent who unpacks & repacks your painting.  This is in addition to your return shipping cost. If your painting doesn’t sell, we will be returning your artwork UPS ground unless you specify otherwise.  Enclose pre-paid, printed labels or checks to cover the UPS return charges. This does not apply if you deliver and pick up your artwork.

Awards
• First place award will be an invitation to this year’s Laguna Beach Plein Air Invitational.
 
“Best of Plein Air” is one of our most noted events of the year. The Laguna College of Art and Design Gallery will be open Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, and Saturday from 9 am to 4 pm.
 
NOTE:  It is the obligation of the artists accepted in the show to be sure their work is available and for sale.  All work must be wired and ready to hang..

• Although the utmost care will be taken in handling artwork, neither LPAPA or its representatives will be responsible for damage or loss from any cause.
