June 2023 Artist Member of the Month: Nadalena Radis-Cobbs of Irvine, California
Born in Dubrovnik, Croatia, Nadalena Radis-Cobbs grew up amidst ancient fortresses, weathered stone architecture, cobblestone streets and the stunning Adriatic Sea. Her first exhibition was 1984 in Dubrovnik, Croatia. Nadalena lived in Dubrovnik in 1991 during the war for Croatia’s independence. Living through and experiencing firsthand the destruction and travesty of the war gave Nadalena even more appreciation for beauty and art.Â
