LPAPA is pleased to announce the addition of three new Signature Artist Members recently added to the 2021 roster:  Scott Hamill of Scotts Valley, California, Eileen McCullough of Huntington Beach, California, and Dan Mondloch of  Cold Spring, Minnesota.

“The designation of ‘Signature Artist’ in any artists’ association is a recognition of high status, an acknowledgment by your peers that you are worthy of special distinction for your remarkable talent and capability in creating a work of art. It is a distinction that the majority of members of any art group do not have and in turn, would love to receive. Your peers look to Signature Artists for inspiration and to set a high standard that they themselves strive to achieve.”  — Mr. Jean Stern, Director Emeritus of The Irvine Museum.

The top-scoring artists, based on the combined scores of our 4 distinguished panel of jurors, after a review of the submitted body of work representing the artist’s best plein air and studio work, receive the designation of Laguna Plein Air Painters Association Signature Artist Member.

Many thanks to our 2021 distinguished panel of Jurors:
Larry Cannon, LPAPA Signature Artist Member
Jim McVicker, LPAPA Signature Artist Member
Toni Kellenberg, LPAPA President & Artist Member and Collector, and
Mr. Jean Stern, Artistic Advisory to LPAPA’s Board of Directors and Director Emeritus of The Irvine Museum.
