LPAPA Signature Artist Scott W. Prior was the featured artist for LPAPA’s March 15, 2017, Plein Talk at the Forest and Ocean Gallery located at 480 Ocean Avenue in Laguna Beach.
Scott demonstrated his painting process and engaged in lively conversation regarding the world of plein air and his recent painting trip to Cuba. Scott answered questions as he shared his stories and experiences – and as an added bonus he was available to critique your work!
