LPAPA Artist Member Wendy Li-Bertrams received a Best in Theme for Award for her watercolor “Women in the Garden” from judge, Chuck McPherson. This piece was created during the 9-day paint out in April 2017 at the historical landmark Kimberly Crest House and Gardens with PAAR (Plein Air Artists Riverside) to raise funds for art awareness and education.
