The Casa Romantica Cultural Center & Gardens in San Clemente, California, is celebrating Plein Air Day on Sunday May 4th, 10:00am – 2:00pm, with free entry to explore and enjoy the activities, and enjoy visiting Rick Delanty’s Studio at the Casa and James Irvine Swinden’s “Gems of California Impressionism” exhibition.
The Casa has invited LPAPA Members to an exclusive LPAPA Paint Out at the Casa! LPAPA Signature, Artist and Student Members are invited to register through the link below for the opportunity to paint in the beautiful Casa gardens (artists must pre-register for the opportunity to paint!). The LPAPA Paint Out is limited to a maximum of 20 painters on Sunday May 4th, 2025. Members can reserve their spot to paint for a $10 registration fee to LPAPA through the link below, or plan to come enjoy the Casa Romantica Gardens and celebrate Plein Air Day with free entry.
The doors open to the public at 10:00 am with free entry. The Casa closes at 2:00 pm. Registered Artists may arrive earlier to set up — details and rules for artists will be provided in the registration confirmation — if you need help registering or have questions, please contact LPAPA’s Executive Director Bonnie Langner by emailing bonnie@lpapa.org or by phone at 949-376-3635. No registration needed to come to watch the artists paint, see the exhibitions, and enjoy the gardens!
