Deadline to submit artwork online: Monday, October 20, 2025 (by 11:59PM)
Notifications emailed to Artists: Monday, Oct 27th or as soon as jurying is completed
Shipped Artwork Delivery: Needs to arrive at the Gallery before 5PM Friday, Nov 28th
Hand-carried Artwork Delivery: Gallery open for delivery Tuesday, December 2nd, 10AM – 1PM

Online Gallery Preview Auction: 10AM Monday Dec 1st to 8PM Thurs Dec 4th
LPAPA Gallery Show: Thursday, December 4th thru Monday, January 5th
Gallery Reception & Awards: Thursday, December 4, 2025, 6PM – 9PM (awards 7PM)*
Pick Up of Unsold Artwork: Tuesday, Jan 6th, 10AM – 1PM**
*Gallery awards presentation will be live-streamed on Facebook
**Artists may also arrange for return shipping
The entry fee is $40 for 1 or 2 paintings submitted. All submitting LPAPA Signature, Artist or Student Members will receive a $5 LPAPA Loyalty Reward credited to their LPAPA-Portal.org account at the end of the show to apply to future membership renewal.
Award Winners: There will be 3 cash awards categories — Signature Member, Artists Member, & Student Member (award winners to be announced on December 4th at 7pm).
The Online Preview Auction referenced above will open at 80% of the full retail price for the painting with $10 bid increments. The preview auction includes a “buy now” option at the full retail price. Unless other arrangements are made through LPAPA, paintings sold through the Auction and through the Gallery will be shipped or available for pick up after the gallery show ends. Paintings sold through the expanded online show of semi-finalist paintings will be shipped by the artist.
