We’re pleased to share and congratulate LPAPA Signature Artist Richard Lindenberg for being selected as the Featured Artist for the 65th Mill Valley Fall Arts Festival (September 17-18, 2022).
For 65 years, the community gathers under the redwood trees in Old Mill Park to celebrate art and the beauty that surrounds us. This year, Richard Lindenberg has been selected as the festivals featured artist. His image “Pond Walk” graces the poster and all peripheral assets.
The Mill Valley Fall Arts Festival has been the soul of Mill Valley since 1957. From the earliest days when a small group of artists exhibited their works in downtown store windows, through the years that the Festival was held in Lytton Square until they moved to the glorious redwood grove in Old Mill Park, the Festival has always been an annual moment we share – it marks the years in our lives, it brings us together.
Strolling through Old Mill Park among old growth redwoods we see art forms and visions we have never seen before. Our eyes and ears open to new art and ideas at every turn of the Festival – from the story tellers and puppeteers, to the main stage acts, to face painting, to the fine arts and crafts themselves.
Although the art comes from near and far, the Mill Valley Fall Arts Festival offers a warm, local, non-commercial experience and welcomes all ages and people.

In addition, LPAPA Artist Member Mark Monsarrat will be an exhibiting artist at the festival.
