Show Overview & Timeline: (All times shown are Pacific Time)
Deadline to Submit Artwork: Monday February 3rd before midnight
Notifications to Artists: February 10th or as soon as Jurying has been completed
Shipped Artwork Delivery: To arrive at the LPAPA Gallery by Friday, Feb 28th
Hand Delivered Artwork: Tuesday March 4th, 10AM-1PM or sooner during gallery hours
Online Art Catalog Exhibition (Finalists & Top Semi-Finalists): March 3rd thru April 28th
Online Preview Auction:Â Opens 10AM Monday, March 3rd, ends 8PM Thursday, March 6th
LPAPA Gallery Show (Finalists):Â Opens 11AM Thursday, March 6th thru Monday, April 28th
Art Walk Gallery Reception & Awards: Thursday, March 6, 2025, 6-9PM (awards 7PM)*
Pick Up of Unsold Artwork at the Gallery: Tuesday, April 29th, 10AM – 1PM**
*Gallery awards presentation will be live-streamed on Facebook
**Artists may also arrange for return shipping
The entry fee is $40 for the first 2 paintings submitted ($5 for each additional painting image up to a maximum of 6); see the prospectus for details. All submitting LPAPA Signature, Artist or Student Members will receive a $5 LPAPA Loyalty Reward credited to their LPAPA-Portal.org account at the end of the show. LPAPA Membership must be current through the show dates to participate.
Award Winners:
Award winners will be announced during the March 6, 2025 Art Walk Gallery Reception. The 1st Place award-winning artist also receives a coveted “golden ticket” invitation to participate in LPAPA’s 27th Annual Laguna Beach Plein Air Painting Invitational, October 4 – 12, 2025.Â
