April 2024 Signature Artist of the Month: Michael Situ of Irvine, California
Michael is a contemporary artist of America Impressionism style. He is known for his vivid, luminous and richly colored landscape of coast, mountain and various scenes that capture his imagination. Powerful compositions, strong brushwork, a gorgeous sense of color all come together in perfect harmony, marking him is a master of plein air painter. At an early age he begins to interest drawing and painting, going up in China where he studied at the Guangzhou Academy of Fine Art, Situ developed a deep appreciation for nature and passion for art.
