September 21, 2026 by Toni Kellenberg

LPAPA is thrilled to present the 30 world-class plein air master artists invited to compete in the 28th Annual Laguna Beach Plein Air Painting Invitational (October 3-11, 2026)!

Throughout Invitational Festival Week. these celebrated artists will paint on location across Laguna Beach (and north, south and east of Laguna!)–capturing our iconic coastlines, historic neighborhoods, and dramatic canyons in real-time as they paint to compete for prestigious awards and cash prizes.

We are deeply grateful for the dedication, extraordinary talent, and commitment of our 2026 artists. Their participation directly fuels LPAPA’s non-profit mission to preserve Laguna’s historic artistic legacy and ensure the plein air painting tradition thrives for generations to come.
