This exhibition is presented in collaboration with the Laguna Art Museum‘s annual Art & Nature Around Town Celebration. LPAPA presents its annual juried art shows at its “LPAPA in Residence” gallery home at the Forest & Ocean Gallery in the heart of Laguna’s art district. The sale of artwork benefits the artists, the gallery and nonprofit LPAPA.
LPAPA’s mission is dedicated to painting the landscape, preserving Laguna’s artistic legacy and promoting the plein air painting tradition. LPAPA strives to enhance the livelihood of its artist members and inspire the next generation of plein air painters!

LPAPA Signature Artist Jane Hunt received the coveted $10,000 Best in Show Award for her painting “Back Bay Evening” at the 21st Annual Laguna Beach Plein Air Painting Invitational Collectors Gala. The panel of Judges for the top prize were Janet Blake of the Laguna Art Museum, Kim Kanatani of the UCI Institute & Museum of California Art, and Tim Newton, publisher of Western Art & Architecture (formerly of Salmagundi Club NYC).

LPAPA Signature member Rick J. Delanty, who recently participated in his twelfth Laguna Plein Air Painting Invitational, recently received the first place award in the Masters category of the September “Art Muse” International Painting Competition for his painting “Moonrise”.
